The acquisition of two companies by Sotkon allowed the company to become the Iberian leader in urban waste underground containers and to benefit from the significant growth of this market.
Variables such as a growing market with significant growth recorded in the previous, a very low market penetration of underground containers in the total container market in Iberia and a lean structure in both units with high recurrent EBITDA margins, were critical for the investment decision.
The exit was executed through a sale to the existing shareholders.
